Strategic Growth Policy

State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing plant is designed to handle the complete production cycle of industrial gearboxes — from raw material processing to final assembly and testing. We have invested in advanced CNC machining centres, gear cutting machines, and precision grinding equipment to ensure that every component we make meets exact specifications.
Machining Capabilities
Our machining capabilities cover the full range of gear manufacturing operations:
- CNC turning and milling for precision shaft and housing components
- Gear hobbing for high-accuracy helical, spur, and worm gears
- Gear grinding for fine surface finish and tight tolerances
- Bevel gear cutting for right-angle drives
- Gear shaving and lapping for noise reduction and improved gear quality
- Precision boring and jig boring for accurate housing bores
- Surface grinding for flat and precision surfaces

Assembly & Testing
Every gearbox manufactured at Rumax Technology goes through a rigorous assembly and testing process before it leaves our facility. Our assembly area is clean, organised, and equipped with the right tools to ensure correct assembly at every stage.
- Precision assembly by experienced technicians
- No-load and full-load testing for performance verification
- Noise and vibration testing to ensure smooth operation
- Leak testing for gearbox sealing integrity
- Final inspection and quality sign-off before despatch
Quality Control
Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Rumax Technology. Our quality control process starts at raw material inspection and continues through every stage of manufacturing, assembly, and testing. We use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment to verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes at every critical step.
- Raw material inspection and verification
- In-process quality checks during machining
- Dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments
- Gear tooth profile and lead inspection
